WEEBJI OS ("the App") is a fitness and productivity gamification app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Email address — collected when you create an account, used only for authentication (magic link / OTP). No passwords are stored.
• Progress data — XP, level, streak, workout logs, and app settings. Stored in your account to sync across devices.
• Usage analytics — anonymous event data (screens viewed, features used, errors) collected via PostHog. Used to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is attached to analytics events unless you are signed in.
• Push notification tokens — stored to deliver reminders you opt into. You can disable at any time in Settings.
• Payment information — processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store card numbers or banking details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and sync your progress across sessions and devices.
• To send push notifications you have opted into.
• To process subscription payments via Google Play Billing.
• To analyse app performance and fix bugs.

3. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication. Data stored on Supabase servers (EU/US region).
• PostHog — product analytics. Data processed in the US.
• Google Play Billing — payment processing. Subject to Google's privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

Your account data is retained until you delete your account. Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights

• Access — request a copy of your data by emailing us.
• Deletion — delete your account from the Profile screen inside the app. Data is erased within 24 hours.
• Portability — request an export of your progress data.
• Opt out — disable push notifications in app settings at any time.

6. Children

WEEBJI OS is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us immediately.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
