WEEBJI OS ("we", "our", "the Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

Account data — When you sign in, we collect your email address via Supabase Auth. No passwords are stored by us (magic-link / OTP authentication only).
Progress data — Your in-app progress (XP, level, streak, HP, class, ghost tokens, workout/study history) is stored in our Supabase database and linked to your account. This data is essential for the core functionality of the app.
Push notification subscriptions — If you opt in to push notifications, we store your push endpoint, encryption keys (p256dh, auth), and user ID in our database. This is used only to send you WEEBJI OS notifications. You can revoke this at any time by disabling notifications in your browser or device settings.
Anonymous usage analytics — We use PostHog to collect anonymous event data (e.g., screen views, feature usage) to understand how the app is used and improve the experience. PostHog may use cookies. No personally identifiable information is sent to PostHog unless you explicitly identify yourself.
Payment data — Payments for WEEBJI+ are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party services as required to operate the Service:
Your display name, class, color, hunter number, level, and best streak may appear on the public global leaderboard within the app. You can update your display name at any time. Your email address is never displayed publicly.
Your account and progress data is retained as long as your account is active. Push notification subscriptions are automatically cleaned up when they expire or are revoked. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting weebjiglobal@gmail.com.

We use minimal cookies required for authentication (session tokens via Supabase) and analytics (PostHog). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
WEEBJI OS is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
