These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WEEBJI OS and its associated services. By accessing or using WEEBJI OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WEEBJI OS is a gamified self-improvement web application. It includes a free tier and a premium subscription tier called WEEBJI+. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WEEBJI OS. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately at weebjiglobal@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to manipulate progress data.

WEEBJI+ grants access to premium features including but not limited to: The Forge (custom workouts), advanced analytics, increased ghost tokens, and expanded sanctuaries. Features may change over time as the product evolves.
Subscriptions are managed and billed by Razorpay, our payment processor. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting weebjiglobal@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
Prices are listed in INR. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout as required by law.
Our refund policy is described separately at weebji.app/legal/refund. By purchasing WEEBJI+, you agree to that policy.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund.
All content, design, code, and branding of WEEBJI OS — including the name, logo, and system UI — are owned by WEEBJI OS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
WEEBJI OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your expectations. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEEBJI OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of streak, or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible. For unresolved disputes, you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable in your place of residence.
