Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with WEEBJI+. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for WEEBJI+ subscriptions.

The short version: If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first purchase, email us and we'll refund you — no questions asked.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase WEEBJI+ (monthly or annual) and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. This applies to first-time purchases only.

To request a refund, email weebjiglobal@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address used for your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

2. Renewal Charges

Once a subscription renews (monthly or annual), the renewal charge is generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. If you wish to avoid a renewal charge, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

You can cancel at any time by contacting us at weebjiglobal@gmail.com or via the billing portal link in your subscription confirmation email.

3. Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not delete your account or progress data. You retain access to WEEBJI+ features until the end of your current billing period.
